Reviews of Advantage Orthotics in Edmonton

I was in an accident as a teen and have had ongoing back pain as a result that makes standing for long periods of time very uncomfortable. Since getting my custom orthotics from Advantage Orthotics, so much of my pain has been alleviated and I am finally able to work more comfortably. Thank you to the awesome team at Advantage Orthotics for all your help! I definitely recommend.

What a horrible experience at their Calgary branch! The pedorthists are not registered with the Pedorthic Association of Canada, meaning that your medical insurance may DENY your claim without their registration/association number. Getting the correct paperwork from them was extremely difficult, with multiple phone calls and emails. The company that they claim manufactures their orthotics has NOT done any work for Advantage Orthotics since 2017. Buyer beware!

Dealing with this place from the start has been extremely frustrating. Where do I start with the problems. For one they don't answer their phones and their voicemail is always full. I had trouble going back-and-forth with my coverage with this company and in the end I got denied. They claim to have a lifetime warranty which is absolutely false. Because of my previous one star review I left Because of the service I received the owner called me and said not to bother to come into my appointment because hes canceling me from here on out. I explained I had lifetime warranty and I needed repairs on my orthodics. Jesse Marshall the supposed owner then told me to go F myself with my warranty and said don't ever come in again. I then called the Calgary office and explained my situation, To which the lady who answered the phone said if I change my review on Google they will keep my appointment But if I don't then not to come in. Don't fall for this company scam and stay away like I wish I did. I will be contacting the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre or the Competition Bureau to find out more information on this company and to see if I can make sure no one else gets scammed if it turns out to be fraudulent. They also claim to be around for over 22 years but yet they have only 4 reviews on Google it just doesn't make sense to me another red flag I should have picked up on. If I could give 0 stars I would.
