We were pressured about purchasing a quad when we had cold feet. And on top of that Ryan ensured my husband that the company would cover the first three months of payments. So obviously we assumed payments would not come out of our account for the first 3 months. Only to be charged before the quad had even been delivered to us. We then wanted out and Ryan said it was too late to back out because there had been a payment already, solidifying the contract. And to top if off the numbers on our paperwork doesnt match the quad so we are unable to even ensure it, they were informed of this issue a month ago and have still not sent us new paper work. So now we are stuck with this quad and empty promises. These promises are verbal AND in writing. My partner has called and has been avoided many times, and when he does finally speak to someone they just lie more and more, continuing to feed us with empty promises. How can you in good conscience allow your customers to be treated this way? Terrible customer service. It is evident by your lack of communication and regard for this situation that you are only after the money and have no care for people. I will be warning everyone about your business and lack of honesty so that no one else gets roped in by out right lies and empty promises.
