Was a customer for 15 years and countless referrals. I just saw their TRUE COLOURS today… bought brand new tires last spring and were defective/. Swapped my tires back from winter and problem is back. Rather than do the right thing and replace the tires - no they charge you fully for MORE new tires and give you a big show run around how they would love to help but can’t. They can sure sell you tires but not STAND BEHIND THEM. They will tell you to call manufacturer. I have been on hold 2 hours but will get to bottom of this. These guys used to be good, will never grace their door again. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Scam artists
