We had them install an iron filter, we were assured that it would work fine with our bored well, which we explained in detail that you cannot overload the water capacity. After the reassurance that this is the correct system, it was installed, and we now have no water. It overdrew our water and caused the pump to pump sand through our lines. We now have to replace faucets, toilet workings, lines, and we are just in the process of trying to see if our well is salvageable or if we now have to drill a new well!!! In all of this, we have been trying every day to get a hold of the boss, but he will not return calls or emails. We have been without water for over a week now with no end in sight, and 4 children in our home!!!

We purchased a distiller from Big Iron, cost us more than our well and now we cant get parts, nor can we get service. I do not recommend them for anything. Holland Water Wells is who we use to service our well.

This Company Ranks up there with one of the worst. There quick to sell you a system and take your money but thats as far as it goes. I bought and iron filter system they came and installed I asked if they left Potassium they told me not necessary they would be back in 3 months to service the unit that never happened its not working correct i called I was told they would come fix I need potassium which was to be supplied this has been going on for months now I still hace had nobody out to repair and service this new unit. My advice stay clear of this company there word means nothing.It made me check a star on this review believe me there not worth one.
