Complete turnover of staff with sketchy recollection of past business transactions and previous deals in progress. Poor business skills, communication and commitment to follow up. Deals fall through with no communication weeks after last communications. This particular situation involved an inability to link an approved, wealthy, A+ tenant to a lease costing the owner over $10,000 and counting, rental revenue.
Be careful.
