This is a shady organization . They specializes in conning people / extorting money out of people who use their services . I rented from them for few years and lost a substantial amount of money . They didn't even show the courtesy of giving me an explanation .Stay far away from them as possible. They have changed name from Century 21 to Platinum property group.
