We purchased a new home from Daytona Homes and had possession October 2021, and from the first initial walk through with the Daytona site supervisor there were warranty issues and construction unfinished which still havent been repaired after 7 months! Im trying get my rough grade done after lots promised, and now they figure out that was missed one rain water leader, note that it was mentioned before my possession. We are having hard time to deal with construction manager, and customer care dont provide any solution. We are completely frustrated with dealing with Daytona. I just want the construction finished according to our agreement to purchase.I have been reading bad reviews before my purchase and didnt believe. But you can believe, its true, after you have possession they dont do anything to help.
