I will preface this by apologizing for not remembering everyone's names.
I went to Edmonton Salvage Disposal today (01/25/24) to retrieve all my items that were in my car after I was in a crash. The lady who helped me at reception was incredibly helpful and kind found my keys and file, and called for someone to bring me to my car. The gentleman she called showed up in a few minutes and led me out to my car, he helped me retrieve my items, removed my license plate, and helped me remove my dash camera that was stuck due to the cold weather. He was a very pleasant individual and we chatted and joked while we were collecting my stuff. I had the chance to meet the managers/owners when I returned to reception and chatted with them too. Both of them were incredibly polite. This was my first time dealing with a car crash and a salvage yard and everyone was helpful and patient with me during the process. I would recommend them to anyone for any of their services.
