Firefly is fantastic. Right from the get go they helped me through getting an appointment and getting all the payment stuff sorted so that no time was wasted in session. They do everything with you on the phone. No filling out forms. No long questionnaires. When you come you are greeted by therapy dogs and smiles. My therapist was super supportive.

Horrible experience. I booked online when I was having severe depression and mental health crisis and then got very sick with food poisoning. They cancelled my appointment on me because, even though it is not listed anywhere, they will call you for your credit card number. If you don't answer the call for example you're very sick, they will just cancel it. I showed up at my time, it was terribly difficult mentally even to get dressed let alone get to their building and they rudely denied me and told me to leave while I was having a panic attack. This company does NOT care about your well-being only enforcing archiac policy. If you need my credit card then ask for it on the online form. This has severely set back my mental health and I will be filling a complaint with the board of psychologists. Stay away from this toxic place.
