Worst car dealership experience of my life, the only way they would sell me a Sportage at MSRP was if I factory ordered it, so all good that's what I did. After 2 months of waiting, Gino called me and said they couldn't get the trim with my choice of color, so that I should come in and they would show me some alternatives. Again all good. I get there this afternoon my salesperson (Zack) sits me down in a different color but same trim and tells me how awesome the car is, I ask ok sounds great lets go over the numbers. He sits me down with Prashan, who first tells me that unfortunately they can't give me the MSRP as all the cars they get go through the AB Package which is a $5000 mark-up plus with the market adjustment of $8000 and then goes on to say that with the current state of things my interest rate is no longer good even though its only day 60 of my 120 day rate guarantee. So im going to end up paying another $2000 in interest. So after waiting 2 months they call me in and raise the price of the Sportage $15000 over MSRP. I immediately asked for my deposit back which I received. Im now 2 months behind any other factory order with another company. I was 100% gaslit. Go Kia Edmonton

Do not purchase anything from this dealership. They rip people off and ever since the new GM took over, they have a reputation of charging outrageous prices. My wife recently got ripped off there and I’m talking 23k profit and another $2500 off the high interest loan they got her to sign up for, meanwhile she has really good credit. BEWARE! There is so much shady business going on there.
