WARNING TO STAY AWAY- FOOD POISONING!!! Order/eat from Happy Palace at your peril!!!
I order a meal last week for my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Her boyfriend hungrily ate several chickenballs before realizing they were undercooked (raw in fact; see attached photos). But too late as he became violently ill and needed medical treatment. He was quite sick for several days. We contacted Happy Palace to let them know what happened. We were shocked at their lack of response: they were rude, wouldn't acknowledge our complaint, were completely unsympathetic, and hung up on us.
So we contacted the Health Board who are now investigating Happy Palace.
If you DON'T want to get food poisoning, DON'T order/eat food from Happy Palace.
