Reviews of Hope City Church in Edmonton

My boyfriend was in ICU with Covid last year, 55 days and his mother passed away when he was in a Coma at Royal Alex. We had financial issues because of his Aish budget, while I was caring for him from the aftermath of ICU stay, spoon feeding, bathing, etc.... We went into this church because a good friend of ours attend their. We had to burry his mother. Thanks God the morgue was backed up. He made it to see himls mom in the casket. Were dissapointed the lady that took our appli told us someo would review our request for help with catering for funeral. It was just going to be for about 50people. Money was so tight, we asked for any kind of help. Within hours we got the call we were denied assistant. So why is that the community donates to this church. Obviously they weren't compassionate of our situation.
I feel because I drove a nice vehicle they are judging our assets. If your going to donate kindly, so to people that are humbled and sharing.
