Spent $7,000.00 on blinds. All were to be the same except for a blackout blind in master bedroom. A regular blind was installed and O*** apologized. O*** said he would order the correct one asap. 10 months later with excuse after excuse and unfulfilled promises in between we still haven't seen the blind. I used to text every 2 weeks or so for updates but O*** rarely replied. When I hadn't had a reply for a couple of months I sent an email directly to Jayse Phillips hoping that L**** would be more professional. I guess not. Very disappointing as they seemed like nice people. Beware!
