Horrible owner, she treats her staff so poorly. She will comment on staffs weight/ appearance/ habits outside of work and then get mad when you don’t wanna be her friend. She doesn’t let you make friends with anyone at work, in fact, if you’re caught talking on your 8 hour shift in barking and dog fighting hell, you’re never scheduled with that person again. Scamming customers and also staff out of more money, always on vacation,( we’re not allowed though.) and abuses the animals who she doesn’t like. She will throw them in crates for hours at a time and forget them there, leave dogs on treadmills to tire them out to stop barking and fighting, the place is so disgusting and unsanitary it smells of urine and under the floor mats is covered in dry pee. no formal dog training whatsoever and she can’t break up a dog fight let alone touch her own feet. Please stay away this place is scary.

This place is a place of nightmares. Don't be fooled by the cute dog pictures on social media. The boss Kim is extremely unprofessional and verbaly abusive towards staff. She is also physically abusing towards the dogs. She never let us stay with dogs who were staying overnight, even when we volunteered. She also would give dogs adult human gravol to "shut them up" as she would say and then shove them into crates. The following morning we'd come and find the dogs covered in their own diarrhea and vomit from the human gravol. Kim has also hit and kicked dogs. I quit because of the horrors. Do not trust this place for your dogs, lots of good dog daycare and this is NOT one.
