Do not buy any coupons, as an apprentice does your hair .THat's ok.....no problem...., but did explain not once but twice what I wanted, took the time to explain, showed her a picture and asked if she understood, got the opposite! When I talked to the owner,was told that my hair would grow back and that another apprentice could fix it up.....WHAT!!!! he couldn't train the first one and oh ,that his services would have cost over $200.Should have had my friends and a box of drug store dye instead of paying $145 of hard earned money. Really, my money was good enough since I was not offered any of it back!!!!! I didn't give him a dollar and tell him that it would grow. Make to feel that this was all my fault. He did try to straighten out my cut, which was already too short and gave me some product for the haircolor.....hmmm guess he didn't like it either?????? Will not be going back.....and will tell others of my experience!!!
