Reviews of Nu/Look Salon in Edmonton

Today I had my haircut done at NU salon at millwoods.....Gathered some disgusting experience. First I asked about the price of Layer cut.... one employee said $25.....So I got my haircut done by an elderly lady....she is slim...bt speaks very soft while she was cutting my hair. She set my hair with blow dryer without asking me if I want my hair to set or not !!...And in the end , she passed me the payment machine that shows $36.....I got surprised....she said becoz she did blow dry , she is charging $10 extra (she never ever mentioned that if I do blow dry it will cost extra......I thought it is included within $25)......I am still in shock... how could she do that? do we look stupid?????Another employee (a guy) was saying "dont worry it is still cheaper than any other salon"____________________

I used to go there but this time had really bad experience.They have just one guy for haircut(jass) and he was busy in gossips and eating.Waited there for an hourand then Lady told me to sit for haircut and after few minutes she said i don't cut ladies hair. Radiculous people with bad customer service.Will never go there in future.

No privacy , some girls are so rude , bad experience
