I would give zero star if I could but I can’t. My Auntie purchased a custom band a year ago for her and her husband for their 25th wedding anniversary. She waited a long time for this purchase. I followed up after almost 2 months and was told it was not ready. Unfortunately in January he passed away due to a car accident. My Auntie find out that they no longer make that ring. No one called her to let her know and my Auntie had to call to find out. He never didn’t get a chance to wear the ring. My auntie didn’t want a refund and told me to use the credit amount and get something for myself. She spoke to the manager Tracy and promised her to give an incredible discount after learning what happened. I went to the store and Sales person said they always put it back to customer’s card if my auntie didn’t get the product. I already felt unheard and made me feel that I was lying about the credit without even checking. I had to ask the sales person to check for me and eventually they figured that there is indeed a credit that hasn’t been used. I picked a product for me and my auntie as I want to get something for her as memory for her husband and something for me as she wish that I use the credit. Picked my products and told the sales person that the store manager promised my Auntie that I will be provided with good deal because of what happened. Sales person reached out to the manager. The manager was close to me but never showed an intention to talk to me and hear me out. There was an irritated look on her face. I wanted to talk to her but she made me feel like I was just a customer being so cheap and begging for discount and I felt unheard. The experience was humiliating. I still purchased the products because I want to give my auntie something special. I purchased a locket and will be putting her husband’s picture on it. I had a picture in my head that I’m going to see my Auntie with my purchase and that I had an incredible customer service because of that band situation that she had but that didn’t happened. That ring she wanted could have been special. You can’t provide your product and good customer service.
