I had a nightmare experience at the Pet Planet in Windemere. I brought my double-coated German shepherd (Luna) in for a trim and received a full shave (down to the bare skin at some parts); she also has extreme razor/blade burn and some cuts. This is completely negligent, ignorant, and abusive. Groomers should know never to shave certain types of dog breeds, it’s also close to -30 outside and I’m scared she might freeze. Her coat probably won’t grow back the same so this is potentially causing permanent damage. I’m appalled and furious. I don't want this happening to anyone else's dog. Please do not go here!
