We see why this store has such bad reviews, dont advertise that you buy clothes if your just gonna tell the customers we only bought 1 of your items out of all 3 LG. Bags you brought in , your telling the customers STORE IS OVER FULL. , then maybe you should hold a LG. Blowout sale & sell a lot , so customers can bring in there stuff & be satisfied that you will buy most of the stuff instead of 1 item. , now I will say all 3 LG bags were full of washed good & no stains of NICE clothes & coats . You are wasting peoples time , WHY do you enjoy the bad reviews because that's what you guys are getting from customers who bring clothes in to sell , let me tell you we will garbage the clothes before we every step foot in your store again . We give this store A 0 no star for wasting our time & only buying 1 item out of 25 items that were in better condition then the 1 item you bought. What is wrong with the owner that you don't read all your bad reviews & try to correct the situation .never will return .any one want really good clothes & coats you can find them in bags at the dump .

I had the worst experience in your store this afternoon. I was there with my daughter and sister and found some pants to try on. I am plus sized and require a little more space. We asked for change rooms as my sister was also trying on some clothing. On seeing the size of the change rooms which are very small and due to being plus sized and also claustrophobic I asked the worker to open the end large change room she said oh no we have to save it for strollers or wheelchairs. Now this may be a good policy in theory for people with visible disabilities to have preference however there were exactly 2 other ppl in the store mid day during the week and neither of them had a stroller or wheelchair and it is not like trying on 3 pairs of pants would take longer than a few minutes. I explained again how the small change rooms wouldn’t be ok and that because of being claustrophobic and having bad balance because of health issues as well I would need the bigger room…and the girl simply shrugged and walked away. I put my items down and didn’t buy anything although both my sister and daughter did. I am very upset and disappointed that because I don’t have a physical disability requiring a wheelchair I was completely disrespected and my needs due to being claustrophobic and plus sized as well as having bad balance due to some other medical issues was disregarded. Your staff definitely needs some training and if you do not want to cater to plus sized or people with invisible disabilities please stop selling clothing in these sizes or post that if you are plus sized you won’t be allowed to use a change room that will accommodate you unless you have a wheelchair!
