Nail tech dept no design options available or gems 💎 jewels to add, limited selection of gel polish. I felt the techs didn’t wait long enough before applications. My daughter & I had peds & Mani’s done. We each had a 100$ GC & we still had to pay $104.00!!! 3 hours later. Total rip off. Will never go back!!!

Cant give negative stars. Walked in with gorgeous healthy almost to my butt length hair and left with coarse fried short chin length breakage. After telling me they can go a couple shades lighter to my natural hair colour. Chemically burnt my ear and neck and hair. Clumps and clumps came out while brushing after 20 mins of bleaching and it was like 5 different colours at least, and the owner ally tried to leave it like that and say it was highlights cause he was just that good. We got into a yelling match as I said I was not paying for this and he said he was calling security or I can pay and leave as it was. Idk the name of my stylist so not trying to ruin the reputation of others but ally mixed the bleach is two seperate batches and the left side which was started second was baddd. But the stylist never brushed my hair before starting the bleaching process, and terrible sectioning, no foils. I cried the whole time and he still made me pay. The lowest he would go is 262. So I paid 262 to cry all day and have my hair fried off. Whatever you do do not go to rain wem.
