Reviews of Rebel Heart Trucking in Edmonton

I ordered water to my house about 2 weeks ago. Talked to their dispatcher, she said we will be out there Friday. Friday went past and I just figured that they were running behind so they’d be out Saturday. Well Saturday went past and still nothing, I called around 4:30pm that Saturday to ask when they would be out, the phone rang for a while, then someone answered and immediately hung up. I took that as confirmation that they were not going to show up so I called another company to get my water and septic sucked out. A part of me believes I didn’t get water because I live on the Enoch Cree Nation Reserve. As soon as I told the dispatcher where I lived I could hear it in her voice that she wasn’t interested in sending someone out, another thing that got me is I emailed them the next day and was lied too in the email. They said they answered and said hello several times then hung up, but in reality it sounded like someone dropped the phone while cooking then picked up and hung up. I also mentioned in my email that I lived on the reserve and they didn’t say no I wasn’t missed because of that, they just said, “I’ll talk to the dispatcher“ Not impressed with these people, definitely not recommending them to my indigenous friends.

Disappointed with their pricing. I used them for my water service, they filled my cistern. I would call them 3-5 times a week to fill my tank, they charged me $245 each fill (My tank was a 6800L tank. I was willing to pay it because I was new to the house and didn't know that there were other options). I found out my next door neighbour was being charged $120 for the same amount of water and he only called rebel heart once a month! They are crooks, I would not recommend these people to anyone. Money hungry people who obviously do not care about their client.
