I have bought cigarettes from River City Cigar Co. Off and on for many years, and I have found that they have the lowest prices in this area of town. The only reason that I have bought them elsewhere is because I didn't have any way of getting to their shop. The last 2 cartons I bought, one from Shefield Express and one from River City, and the ones from River City Cigar Co. were $20 cheaper than the ones from Shefield Express. I was just lucky enough to get my son to pick my last carton up for me from River City. If I had a regular way of getting to their shop, I would always get them there. Also the staff there are very friendly and accomodating.
