If I could give zero stars, I would. Our unit was broken into and we were not notified until at least 12 hours later...we were never told for sure if we were broken into on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday but Monday at the end of the day we got a call. Video footage had to be "reviewed" prior to being submitted to the RCMP, staff were not cooperative with RCMP. I will never refer anyone to Sentinal Storage nor will I ever use them again. Since seeing a news piece on similar stories, sounds like our situation is more than common.
