Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Manager said I was a red flag and that I was wasting everybody’s time because I had to push my appointment back. The finance manager sent me the wrong bill of sale 3 times. They refused to give us our deposit back due to all “terms and conditions” being met, which is confusing considering we had to purchase a new vehicle from a different dealership.

I went to Southtown Hyundai to test drive a Sante fe. I was really impressed with the website, the web assistance and the speed with which Danni contacted us. I knew immediately that Danni was someone that we could trust. It was not in the plans at all to purchase a vehicle that day but we were so impressed by the vehicle and the fact that Danni listened to what we were looking for that we felt that our search for a new vehicle was over. The entire experience was amazing. Everyone that we dealt with at the dealership listened to what we wanted, were friendly, helpful and did not push us into a deal or vehicle that we did not want. Thank you so much. The drive home in our new vehicle felt amazing!
