If you want to know my opinion about this store I'd say " Never again " The guys promised to finish my rackets by " afternoon " on Tuesday. I came to pick up my racket at 1:00 pm. on that day. Not ready. They did not even try to say " I am sorry " Come later, i don't carry. They think that only them are working. I came from very south of the city and took day off for that. Now I have to take another day off. " If you don't like our service go to another place, man ", the guy who stringing the rackets said. Is that canadian normal customer service ? Rude, unprofessional, not friendly place. Never again.
