Reviews of Uncle Ed's Exchange Ltd in Edmonton

On May 3 2016 I answered Uncle Ed's Exchange looking for a gold bracelet there was one guy helping me and he said he didn't know too much about bracelets how much they were going for. He said this other guy knows a lot more about the jewelry and how much it goes for. He show me a nice bracelet he said I can give you a good deal on it so we agreed on a price. This other guy comes into the sale and starts demanding what is it going for and what's the weight. I felt very bad because this other guy was being very rude. To his own employee that's trying to making hem some money. His name was W****, didn't want to sell the bracelet to meet you was worried more about the GST. The other guy apologize to me several times or his own boss being very rude and obnoxious. They were arguing in the back of the store and I said I wanted to talk to W**** and he was too cowardly to confront me. the guy I was dealing with said I'm very sorry several times. W**** was worried more about the GST then selling it but I got it anyways. The moral of the story be prepared to pay the GST at this Store, and I will be surprised if he has any employee working for him.
