There are never events here and they do not clean the buildings tower A is filthy and has so many drug overdose death and jumpers last one being July 6 2022 not one boardwalk person out there and she landed right infront of the rental office very sad fix your decks in the towers to avoid these jumpers from corrupting the kids their were kids all over boardwalk and where is the cleaning staff we went through all towers and they are filthy yet you get charged for everything living here

Im going on my third year here at Boardwalks Whitehall Square and I love it even more then I did when I moved in and I say that daily. Im here for good! The experience I have had is outstanding. I can't say enough positive comments about the staff that work here from housekeeping to maintenance, landscaping to office staff including the manager Poonam who works very hard to make sure all her tenants are happy and pleased to be part of Boardwalks Whitehall Square community. You can approach office staff without an appointment and be received with a positive and professional manner always. They also have monthly event's from balcony remodel contest's to kid contest's to donating to all kinds of causes of which Boardwalks Whitehall Square will match all monetary donation's. The nicest thing for me is to hear is the laughter of children playing throughout the community. Sometimes I will walk over to the courtyard and watch the children playing all kinds of games. Across the street is Meadowlark Shopping Mall that has everything from shopping (Walmart, Shoppers and Safeway) to medical services (DynaLIFE medical labs, Insight imaging, GP's, mental health and dental services) There is Brewster's for a nice cold drink on a hot day, Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, KFC and a few in-between. There are 3 banks, Royal, CIBC and TD even Trail Tire for your automotive needs. There are many schools, Lynnwood and Meadowlark School and more with supporting community leagues, such as Elmwood, Lauier Heights and Glenwood to name a few. Boardwalks Whitehall Square also allows small caged pets, cats and dogs. They understand that pets are much loved family members. All of my neighbors whether from my floor, in the lobby or out walking their dogs are respectful and friendly. So you see it cant get any better then this. I highly recommend Boardwalks Whitehall Square to anyone looking for that forever home with a community that shares and cares for all who are respected and welcome !!! 🤗🤗🤗
