You have to wonder why a restaurant would serve egg rolls that not only been cooked over and over and over. Did I mention burnt as well? Why would they risk their reputation for 4 egg rolls at $1.65 each. Why? What kind of mentality would serve this up? Especially during the pandemic. I have pictures but unfortunately I can't post them here. Dong Seng needs new owners or it needs to shutter its doors. Permanently
