Reviews of Alpaca House Canada - LATIERRA in Etobicoke

My father bought a VERY expensive cape/shawl for my mother for Christmas from this place. At no point during the purchasing process did she inform him that all sales were final, there were no signs anywhere in the store. She cannot wear the shawl as the material itches her, so my father took it back for a refund. The OWNER of the store said it was against company policy and refused to issue a refund.

No where in the store does it say no refunds and at no time during the purchase did she inform my father that there are no refunds, but still she refuses to issue a refund. This is extremely poor business practices, and we will not be shopping there again. I advise all of you to do the same, because if she truly believed in her products, she would accommodate those who cannot wear her products.
