I purchased a fridge from this company after looking at their website. I made the purchase over the phone because I don’t know they had retail locations in GTA. To be careful, I asked the salesperson if I would be able to return it if they were any problems. He said yes, no problem , within 30 days. The fridge was delivered when I was at work. When I got home I realized it was the wrong size - I needed counter depth and it was standard depth. The mistake may have been mine with the product code, not sure. I contacted them right away hoping to exchange and pay difference for a different size. They said I had to fill out a return request form. I did so and the next day I received a response saying my request was denied. They said because I plugged it in to see if it worked, this counts as “installed”?

Don't ever buy appliances from here. They are just trying to get your money, don't care about service. They sold us a fridge open box and a oven saying that all are in stock and can deliver right away. In reality, they only delivered the fridge without the oven. None even called us to tell why they dont deliver the oven. Once we asked, they say it is out of stock. We only have oven until next 2 month. We cant wait and want to cancel the order, they dont let us cancel the order. Sales say it is customer service responsibility. Customer service say talked to sales. You will be the ball that they through you in between. Noone will solve it for us. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. They asked to go online and fill the return form. And then refuse . They forced us to take the fridge. Charge delivery for both alliances. You can buy elsewhere with bundle discount and better service. DONT BUY WITH THEM, YOU ONLY MAKE YOURSELVES ANNOYED AND WAIT YOUR TIMES.

Friend of mine warned me before I had deal with CAS, didn't listen, regret after. They don't manufacturer appliances but service, however this company has terrible customer service. Never go back again. Dont recommend this company, Be careful buyer!
