Worst company I've ever come across. They owe us money and are giving us the run around. NEVER use this company. Its a SCAM

I called Enercare because of a gas type smell that I thought was due to the water heater venting. They were very responsive and sent someone the same day. Vic was the first technician to come. He was very professional and checked everything and did not find any issues related to the water heater and even checked the outside gas meter for leaks. He thought it may be related to using the gas stove without sufficient venting. He said to call again if that didn't resolve the issue. After a couple of days of not using the stove, the strange smell was still there intermittently. I called again and Michael McTaggart came. Wow, again, very prompt, responsive and incredibly thorough!! He again checked the water heater, took apart the vent and couldn't find any issue with the water heater. He is so committed to his profession that he continued to look for a cause of the smell. He checked my furnace, did a "soap test" and felt strongly that it was coming from my furnace. It seems uncommon these day to see people take such great pride and professionalism in their work. Both Vic and Michael did that exceptionally!!! In the end, it did turn out to be a furnace issue.

Raymond Mohabir went above and beyond to help me prep for a new water heater installation. It wasn't his job to do so but, he did it without hesitation! He showed great dedication to his company! Thanks Raymond!
