Reviews of Master Kitchen in Etobicoke

I absolutely do not recommend this company. I visited them in January 2022, picked the quartz for my project, and paid the deposit. Christine (our sales person) reassured us that they will hold the slabs well in advance and as soon as we were ready, they could start the installation process. Everything was smooth, until the installation day when I realized that they had given me the wrong product for the kitchen. It was the same colour but different finish - which I was very particular about. Christine offered me a $500 discount to keep the wrong stone (the total cost for the kitchen was about $8000), which I refused. She then gave me several excuses as to why this had happen - and to be honest, none of this was my problem. After going back and forth for a few days, she told me we have to wait for another 2 months for the factory to ship the one we ordered. I have to push the appliances delivery for another 2 months+ (aka no kitchen since December 2021) since Christine could not give me an exact timeline. We also ordered the vanities countertop from here - they have come to measure and said the installation would take place the week after. No updates were given and of course no installation took place. We have paid them $5000 in total, and no service has been fulfilled as this point. I truly regret going with this company based on the recommendation of our cabinet maker, without doing prior research. The worst part is, nobody stepped up to admit that they messed up the order and gave us even just ONE apology.
