Honestly, technicians are awesome! Very polite and really great at doing designs from the pictures you provide them. The biggest issue and why I give them an awful review is the person who decides the design pricing. She is taking advantage of up charging even the most simplistic design for a child. That is where I have the hardest time to accept. Their website states one price and the decision on how they decide the pricing is insane and not justifiable. We also booked the appt a month ago and yet they can’t even accommodate us 4 at the same time because they over book and rather then focus on the customer’s experience. They focus on how many they can complete to earn as much as possible.
