Good Morning. I booked an appointment through Sunlife Insurance for this morning. I checked there email acceptance this morning to ensure i had the correct time and address. I then saw another email sent 2 hours later cancelling my appointment. In reaching out this morning, i was told they had 3 people sick over the weekend and was trying to get caught up on patients. I did not receive a call to cancel or to rebook. I had to reach out to them this morning. Terrible customer service. In the end, no massage for a pulled muscle in my back. NOT impressed.
