I highly recommend RM Fitness Repair. The Owner / Technician, Mr. Rade, recently serviced my Matrix T3 xi Treadmill and did an excellent job at having it up and running in no time at all.

Rade was prompt to review the problem and recommend a solution. He was highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable! I found RM Fitness Repair to be reasonably priced and honest. They provided me with top notch service !

My bill came up to $470+. The part cost $270. If I knew that's how much he is going to charge me I would have gone to buy new treadmill. He threaten to remove the part if I did not pay up. I still have to pay the service charges. Do not trust this service guy, ask how much is going to cost before doing any work. Let's hope the old part works as he offered $60 to remove the 6 months warranty. Otherwise, I would have paid $470+ plus the cost of a new treadmill. I should have checked.
