They will insist you to pay up front deposit telling you that the discounted price they are offering you is only for today. They are desperate to sell you stuff and if you buy one thing they would still be mad at you because they want you to purchase more stuff. The guy really misbehaved with me and my husband. No customer service. All they want to do is to sell you anything somehow. And yes its true they will not give you any warranty. My rating for them is Zero

I bought dining set in this store during Christmas season, 2010. The very first chair that was delivered to my house broke. So terrible and poor qaulity of material. I had to reject the entire order. The company doesn't provide any written warranty. Don't get into the trap of paying upfront any deposit. They have also not returned my initial deposit. Very bad customer service. Cuurently a compliant is filed with Ministry of cosumer Services, Consumer protection branch for investigation.

So do your due diligence before making any deals with this business.
