Reviews of Tactical Products Canada in Etobicoke

I was there yesterday 08June2023 approx.1120h, I planned to buy a 5.11 Stryke pants and other stuffs related to law enforcement such as my badge id holder, pouches etc., so I went inside, I ask the tall guy, that I was looking for the 5.11 pants, this guy just pointed me out on the back corner, and of course I am not always there to know where he was pointing me to go, I slowly moved onto that corner and I looked and read the labels I was still confused if what color to buy either navy or a black one and also looking for sizes, then this tall guy went to my location and just asked me out of nowhere irritated and sarcastic, if what color, I wanted so again confused, I just answered black then he asked if what size I wanted, I told him usually Im a 35, what is better to go on a 34 or 36, then annoyingly answered that, buddy why do you asked me its up to you, I dont know the answer. You know, I was expecting since that was their store and a little bit of customer service, I was waiting like to explain to me lets say, maybe you can go for 36 since it has a self fitying band or ask me if you want fit go for 34 or just tell me to fit it in that way I will k ow whivh will fit me better. But no they sarcastically and annoyingly answered me differently. If you dont know customer service you better not be on that kind of business. Dont try to think that because youre gaining lots of customers now, you think your somebody, dont be too arrogant and big headed, you dont know that it will cause your downfall. And in addition to that, customers are customers, not my first to your store and the last time I bought I think the total price is around $50 but the guy still gave me 10%off, so thats why I asked if ever I will get a 10% discount, but the one in the cashier the tall guy said oh I dont know ask my boss and that boss replied (irritated) what " Buddy, if you gonna buy $ 200 worth of shoe i could give you discount, the pants where already cheap and I will not give you discount for a$ 10 pouches ". Btw my total bill was $ 220, just for the pouches , and Its not my fault that the pants I bought was already cheap, its out of discussion.
Also, this boss prior to giving that statement to me, was talking to a white couple inquiring about a watch, I am not sure but I felt theres a racial discrimination on that part.
Anyways, Ill tell my colleagues about this experience and its up to them if theyll still support Tactical Products Canada.
Note: ill copy paste this to all of other reviews site to warn customers about the staff behaviour and attitude and realize how I was racially discriminated.
