Reviews of J & J Florists in Fonthill

I ordered flowers from JJ Florist and was excited to have my cousin recieve them . However what she received was completely different than what I ordered and they even through a different flower in (Gerbers change the how look of the bouquet) . I sent the owner the photo and he said he remembers it as he put it together. His only argument was it was a Saturday, and I didn't have any inventory left. Frankly if that was the case he could of contacted me to discuss options as I am so disappointed I didn't get what I had ordered in terms of look of flowers and value.... I would have expected him to offer some sort of credit as a token or even replacement but all he said was he gave me the value of flowers I paid for ... Wish I could add a photo to this review. I cannot recommend them based on my experience, go elsewhere.
