This place was terrible today. A friend of mine just lost her father, and I sent my husband to go and see if he could find a paper with an obituary. He walked in and was respectfully looking through the papers to find the obituary. He was approached by a manager who came up and snapped at him. "Can I help you?!" Her body language and tone was communicating - "What the hell do you want?". When he tried to articulate that he was trying to find an obituary, she walked away disgusted.
