Reviews of Subserious Extreme Car Audio in Fort McMurray

I got a top of the line remote start installed in my car in November. It functioned correctly for 2 weeks before it began to fail. The car started fine with the key, just not with the auto start. I left the car there for 4 weeks in total and the shop could still not get it to start the car. I had to replace my brand new battery because they completely drained it trying to get the starter to function correctly. The solution to my problem? Get a mechanic in (on my dime) to figure out the issue. I have already spent over $700 for the starter and $120 for a new battery. Who knows how much a mechanic will cost. I instead wanted my money (or a portion of it) back. I understand that they invested time into trying to figure out the issue, but they also cost me an extra $120 for a new batttery. Mike refused to even negotiate with me, the policy of "lifetime warranty" apparently means nothing. I walked out of there with a non functioning auto start, and $820 bucks in the hole. I am very very disappointed with the service I received.
