Reviews of Straightline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Fort Saskatchewan

I recently purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK and within 72 hours I started having transmission issues! 4 days into owning this brand new jeep my engine light came on and it had to be towed to the local dealer (Ft McMurray) as it went into limp mode. I called Straightline and they sent a courtesy vehicle up within 24 hours, great service, or so I thought! Well it’s been over 4 weeks now and the parts that are needed for the valve body have no estimated time of arrival other than one part, October 18th. I’ve called the dealership several times asking for help to be told on a few occasions, if you were here we would take care of you. Not acceptable! I purchased this vehicle from your dealership I should be able to get decent customer service from you. Then I was told my issue was escalated to the District Manager and awaiting a response on August 10th. I called again on August 15th (I should have to call multiple times) to be told that the parts are unavailable and they are still “working on it”. I’ve try to be nice and understanding as I understand the shortage but this lack of customer service is unacceptable. I’ve asked for the vehicle to be replaced, the transmission going in the first 72 hours is a HUGE red flag, or take the parts that are needed off something in their parking lot, neither option they were willing to do. I’ve been in contact with the local dealer, Legacy Dodge, and they are really no better with their customer service and I’m still left waiting. I would NOT recommend buying anything from here! They are great when you’re buying but are REALLY lacking in customer service. Do yourself a favour and purchase elsewhere!
