I have had problems with my left shoulder, neck, hip and leg for over two years, and I had tried everything; massage, physio, etc. and could not get rid of the pain, even though they helped me some. I had always been rather frightened by the thoughts of going to a chiropractor, but it was definitely the best move I have ever made. I started going to East Coast Chiropractic in January 2022, and I have eliminated the pain in that right side by at least 85%. I can walk now with no pain and have returned to doing activities that I haven't been able to do in years. Dr. Graham Norton has changed my live so much for the better, I will never be able to repay him. He uses such gentle techniques that you never hurt anywhere. I was so afraid he was going to snap my neck, shoulders and hips like I guess I used to see in movies, but he is always kind, gentle and asks continually if you are OK.

The treatment you receive just going in the door is second to none. You are always greeted by smiles and "how you doing today" by Katie and Luke (hope I spelled your names right). lol If you need to make an appointment or change an appointment, they are always right there to help you. I actually look forward to going to my next appointment.

Today, they went above and beyond. I hurt my right shoulder and neck and was in a world of hurt. I had my regular appointment booked, but Katie called and changed it to a little later in the day when Dr. Graham had more time to spend on it. I must admit I was a little scared to have anyone touch my shoulder, but as usual Dr. Graham used his gentle techniques. I think I was so frightened that I had a panic attack and felt like I was going to faint. He told me to take as much time as I needed before getting up. When I finally did sit up, I knew I was going to be sick. Between Dr. Graham and Luke I was looked after like a person would look after a sick child. I'm embarrassed to say I was sick and started to apologize. Dr. Graham reassured me I had nothing to apologize for. I received a call from him later on in the afternoon to see how I was feeling. I told him I felt great and the pain in my shoulder and neck was much better. You don't get that kind of treatment anywhere today. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND East Coast Chiropractic to anyone. Dr. Graham Norton you're the best and thank you for all you do for me.

Excellent staff and experience. Noticed many improvements in my health since getting adjusted with them.
