Reviews of Hello Plumber in Fredericton

Mac Mcloud working under the banner of Hello Plummber is the worst Plummber we have ever had on a construction site of ours….he has constant miss aligned tub and shower rough in’s in our basements that we repeatedly had Jack hammer back out…. Then on multiple homes we would get the green light to drywall but I would do a wall through just to check things,,, I have found clean out pipes missing the screw in covers and would need to call Hello Plummber and complain about the mistakes by this Mac guy…. Once in a new build in Oromocto we got a green light that plumbing was 100% done and when the clients moved in and ran there washing machine upstairs it flooded the basement with a couple inches of water… this is only a few nightmares….We finished up the remaining houses and before firing Hello Plummber, I had an on site meeting with Ryan the owner as he knew about all the issues with all of these homes… anyway I asked him to Fire Mac if he wanted my business… sad to say he still has this CLOWN working for him…. So in closing I think you figured it out,,, Yes, we fired Hello Plummber and that make believe Mac Mcloud …. When you hear of Hello Plummber,,,,, RUN the other way or they will contaminate you and your home…. Seriously.

Hello Plumber was not professional or helpful. We had them come out 3 separate times within a 3 week timeframe and they did not diagnose or fix the problem even after paying over $1200. They did not communicate or collaborate as a team and each time a new plumber would be sent out with no information on what was happening or what needed to be done. I had to explain each time what the other plumbers said. They also withheld service stating we had not paid our fees when in fact we had and received emailed confirmation of the payment from the owners wife. When brought up to the owner, Ryan, he was nonchalant and stated "well they did come eventually". I had to go back and forth for almost an hour asking the plumper to contact the owner and re-verify the payment. Ryan admitted to making that mistake but tried to excuse the fact by saying he has other customers in our area who have yet to pay and he has 1000s of customers so he cant keep track of them all even though it is his business and his responsibility to ensure payment and proper services. When asked if they stand by their work as they suggest and he said 'we do not have a crystal ball'. They out-sourced to a different company for a line flush and again did not provide any detail to the company (they collaborate with all their jobs) about what was happening. That company (not plumbers) is the one who found the broken flapper with his camera even though hello plumber had already put a camera down and failed to see. They tried to get us to empty our septic tank when it had already been done 3 weeks prior and we had no issues with the septic tank. They refused to offer any discounts and the owner would not take accountability for any of the issues above stating excuse after excuse. At this point, we have payed around $1700 and the problem is still not fixed.
