Reviews of Valley Veterinary Hospital in Fredericton

I took my dog to Valley Vet for blood work on Aug 12th, they call me Aug 23rd to tell me her liver enzymes were not looking good. We were told this could be a sign of cancer, so I booked an ultrasound as soon as they had an opening. Fast forward to Aug 27th, she has her ultrasound. I go to pick her up fully expecting to get the results and see what happens next. Well, the receptionist tells me my vet will call me the next time she is in, ok so when is that. She looks at her computer and says Tuesday. My dog was fasting since 10:00 the night before, I ask did she get anything to eat, the receptionist says I’m not sure, we usually give them a snack. She never told me if she was put to sleep, nothing whatsoever. I paid my bill of $340.00, got no information at all. I felt like here’s your dog, don’t let the door hit ya on the way out. It is now Tuesday, I waited until 1:00 for the Vet to call, heard nothing. I have called the office twice, left messages bagging please have the doctor call today, I haven’t slept since Friday, and still have heard nothing. This Veterinary Hospital has no compassion whatsoever! All they want Is your money 🙁

Soooo frustrated!
