Messed up the job on 2 stairs at my sister's home and instead of acknowledging his error, bullied my sister into accepting a compromise solution.
Very Unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Attitude is very confrontational and uncollaborative.
Be careful dealing with this business. Will try to brow-beat you into accepting sub-par service.
