I took my Miniature Poodle there and he was treated very badly. The groomer cut the skin on his shoulder but did not bother to let me know. This was a 1 cm cut! I only noticed 2 days later and don't even know if they disinfected the wound. It could have become infected but they only cared about hiding it, not worrying about my dog at all. When I found out, it was too late to use skin glue and it was really hard to remove the hair in the wound without re-opening it...
On top of it, my dog who was not scared of anything is now traumatized when we use the vacuum cleaner. I suspect something happened with the hair dryer crate they use. My dog is shaking every time we vacuum now, he is 11 yo and never did that before.
If you love your dog, don't go there!
