I have bought a ring from Michael Hill in Edmonton and the customer service there was really bad. Not only I have received my ring without one of my diamonds when I left it to be resized, but they also completely ignored me when I told them what happened. However, I went to GP and Laurie- the manager there- she is an absolute angel. She understood the situation and immediately took care of it. She went above and beyond to make sure I get my ring fixed and her customer service skills are outstanding. I wish everyone would be a little bit more like Laurie. Kind, empathetic, compassionate and understanding. The world would then, for sure, be a better place. Thank you Laurie! You're awesome!
