I had a horrible experience with the loss of my pet of 15 years. The vet and the entire staff that day were extremely nonchalant about the care of my dog. As my dog, who was extremely ill was being assessed, I could hear the staff laughing and joking and carrying on outside the door. It was determined that my pet needed to be euthanized due to kidney failure. The vet made me feel like i was responsible for this medical issue and had no personal bed side manner when my pet was euthanized in my arms. she then immediately left the room and never returned. An assistant came in and took my pet from my arms and then i was given pamphlets to choose an urn etc. I have never in the 15 years of owning my sweet animal, been treated so coldly under such a serious circumstance. I had recently moved to Grimsby and had two dogs under their care for a year. I have since moved vets with my remaining dog. Avoid this vet.

An unprofessional experience to say the least and I suspect I'm not the only one. No customer should ever be treated with such disrespect, especially when bringing in business. I would definitely be cautious bringing a beloved pet there.
