Excellent service! I went in in August with Q's about a car remote starter. All my questions were answered and I left to think it over. I returned a few weeks later to book the install. They explained the time frame for installation and booked me in. I had a reminder phone call a couple days before which was nice. The day I went in they went over the install and time frame again. I left to do a few errands and got the call it was done within the time frame! They demonstrated how to work the remote and I felt comfortable doing so when I left. They also encouraged me to call with any Q or concerns. Highly recommend!

(The only downside I can see is that they dont have a waiting room. It wasnt an issue for me but maybe for some related to mobility issues/the weather or the length of time they need the vehicle for...)
