The kind of service I received from this store is amazing. The owner went out of his way to get me back in the game. Had an issue with my BBQ (which I bought last year) and Brad came over Saturday afternoon to get me back BBQing in no time. I would highly recommend this place for their great service and prices. Once again thank you Brad.

Outstanding service & knowledge. I bought a Traeger Ironwood 885 smoker and a Napoleon Phantom 500 BBQ , the BBQ handle had a scratch on it and Brad was back the very next day with a replacement .
I was so impressed with the overall purchase experience and service I referred 3 of my friends to Buckenhams . They each bought a Fireplace and a BBQ from Brad and were equally impressed with his service and have since referred their close friends to Buckenham`s as well .
My wife and I are very happy dealing with Brad and you will be as well . You won`t be disappointed , Brad goes out of his way literally to make sure everything is right with your purchase and you are happy .
